I really enjoyed reading this book alot and found my self laughing and crying through it during different parts of it Nicole has written a very easy to read wonderful story and I highly reccomend it to others to read !!

I think right from the start this one had my attention and kept me wanting to read it , Lucas McCade is a retired from the PRCA rodeo circuit, And has been given a chance at a do over for many of the mistakes that he feels that he has made in his marriages and his family and with that chance Lucas his wife Hannah and there son Connor make a move from Texas to Oklahoma where Lucas becomes a Scout Rider and finds his self on a ride of a lifetime that his family never thought they would be on together ! This book takes a very unsuspecting twist about midway through the book and It will make you think , The power of prayer and faith and battling good and evil , Wonderful story line if ya get a chance to check it out I highly suggest it !! I picked up this one not sure how it was gonna be from Booksneeze as my latest book to read and review ! And my oppions of this book are my own !

The Encounter By Steve Arterburn is a pretty good fast paced quick read , I wasnt sure quit what I was expecting when I ordered this one but it was a pretty enjoyable read , Showing how Faith and Gods grace if you just believe and what forgiveness can do for a family

After years of feeling like his mother abandoning him as a child Jonathan Rush is sent in search of healing for his heart and anger problems and finds out that things are what they had appeared to be !! And along the way has appeared to bond with Mercy the persistent reporter who volenters to help him in his search for his mother Its a pretty good read ! I enjoyed it !

Ive had this book for a little while and was hesitent to start reading it because It is book 3 in a series and I didnt realize that when I ordered the book, I am sorry that I waited so long in starting the book tho because it was a really great page turning suspense novel , From page one of this book I was taken right into the story and really enjoyed reading it and seeing where the search for the Larsons Daughter took both Clay and Eden. I was truly pleased with this book and even tho it was book 3 in a series I am looking forward to reading the others and then this one again with the set , What more can you ask for a Mystery Love Story that ignights your heartstrings and reminds you of the miracles that God blesses us with Daily
I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading more of Colleen Cobles books ,

Ive read several of Max Lucados and I have really enjoyed all of them , And as always this one was no different The way that Mr Lucado draws you into his stories and helps to you to dig deep and externally with in your self and think about your faith and will renew you Spirituality be encouraging you to dig deeper with in your self and search into you heart ! I love the way that he uses Scripture to back up everything that he writes and gives you the verses and encourages you to look them up I would reccomend this book to any one and think it would make a great group study book ! Waking Hours .. Lis Wiehl .book review

My review and oppions of this book are all my own , and I received the book to read and voice my oppion on ,

Waking Hours by Liehl and Pete Nelson is a thriller book about a murder and odd occurances happening in East Salem, NY. Dani is a foresenis phychiatrist working for the DA office when the murder of teenage girl occurs During her investigation is runs into her teenage crush Tommy. Together they try and solve the crime and all of the other odd occurances around town before anyone esle gets hurt.
And thought questioning those that are all involved this thriller will keep you turning your pages until the very end will all the twist and turns that it has in it !!

I found this book to be a very enjoyable mystery filled book that kept me into it and turning the pages , Waking Hours is a book that will make you think and there are so many different possibilities to the story that it will keep you reading and turning the pages to get to the end , The book is a very well written Murder Mystery and I highly recommend it to others to read I am looking forward my self to reading the rest of the series when they come out

I have to say that I really did enjoy this book a great deal, I was drawn into it from the beginning and stayed that way all the way through the book , Who dont love a great Mystery read , Especially one that is Christian based ! Erin Healy has written a book that will draw you into the story line and takes you through several different twist and turns that will keep you wondering and guessing all the way until the end of the book ! I received this book form booksneeze and enjoyed reading and reviewing it ! But the opinions that I have about this book are mine and mine alone ! I will be recommending it to several people I think its a great read and really enjoyed it ! Here is a brief summery about what the book is about ! check it out I think you would enjoy it !

Its no secret that I love to read , I had entered on a blog for a chance to win Michelle Sutton's book Letting Go, And I won the book , And all I can say about it is WOW , This book covers the topics that so many Christians try to hide and not deal with and it hit home to me in so many ways , I started reading the book last night and I DID NOT want to put it down ,Michelle this is the first one of your books I have ever read and I am looking forward to reading Many Many more of them , I don't want to give to many spoilers about the book because I think its a must read for many And I am defiantly looking forward to reading book 2 in the series !! Gods amazing Love and giving us forgiveness even when we think that we arent worthy of his love or forgiveness !! But we are worthy and he is willing to give it to us all we have to do is trust him and ask him and let him guide us !! If ya get the chance pick it up and read it !! It is so worth it !! Here is a little peak at what the cover has on it

I have had a really hard time with this book , and have tried 3 or 4 times to pick it up and read it but I just cant seem to get into it , This is just my opinion of the book and I am not saying that it is bad or anything I just cant seem to get past the first few pages of it :( I will at a later date try and pick it up to read it again but for right now it will have to go on the shelf ........ Dont let my opinion sway you from reading the book it may be a very good one as i said that's just my opinion on it !

The spine of this book has on it re imagining the way you relate yo God !
And that is a understatement to the way that Mr Jethani breaks down the differences in the many types of relationships that people tend to have with God , I have had a sort of hard time with this book in the sense that he is kind of confusing in some of his wording with in it , But once past those points , I do clearly see why we as a society have broken down our Own relationships with God , with in the church , life , community and in our own homes ,But even more important i see why he has said the things that he has because they do make sense we tend to put God on a shelf and pull him down when we need him , Or we find our selves when we are in trouble , hurting , in pain , when the country is in turmoil and our life doesn't seem to be going right that's when we also tend to pull God out and put him on display , When in all actuality we should Have God first in our hearts Daily , When we get up in the morning during the day and before we go to bed at night !! It should be a God thing all the time not just when we need him in our minds , Cause in our Hearts and Lives we always need him !! A quote from with in the book that really stood out to me was this --- Its by Os Guinness , First and foremost we are called to some one (GOD) not to be something (such as motherhood politics or teaching ) IN other words its not our circumstances or behaviors or radical decisions that give our lives meaning or hope, but our unity with God himself !!

Id recommend this book for those that want to read and deepen there understand and relationship with God Ive enjoyed reading it and look forward to sharing it with others

Sometimes you just have to step back and realize that you dont have to always be strong that its okay to admit that sometimes we arent Strong Enough to handle every situation in life all on our own !! We have all had a time in our faith, where we question about why things are the way that they are , And Lots of times the questions seem to go unanswered , I have got to say that this book has made me do alot of my own soul searching and questioning and driving me to look for answers ,
A great read that I highly recommend to others and plan on sharing with several people that I know as well , This would be a great book for a Church group to do as a group study and it does have a Study Guide to go along with it in the back
Both Darren and Jon touch alot of topics with in the book and take you back and forth between biblical times and current day with situations that are close to the heart of so many , that leave many people , Hurt and searching for acceptance within there everyday life , Touching the bases of Church Hurt, Drugs , Disease Forgiveness ,just to name a few , God is not just a rumor in our lives hes there we just have to open our hearts and minds and let him in !

Rumors of God: Experience the Kind of Faith You've Only Heard About is a fantastic read. It's challenging, insightful and convicting, Pick it up and ;et it open up your heart :)

Book Review For A Place Called Blessing

I started this book yesterday and finished it up just a few moments ago and had to share this review of this book , AMAZING is all I can say , Very touching and heartfelt with alot of emotions and feelings that so often as adults seem to be not thought about a child and the struggles and issues that they deal with in and out of the world and how they view them , This book is a must read ,That is heartfelt with many different emotions and feelings I am truly glad that I ordered this one to read and plan on passing it around for several others to read , This isnt one that as you start reading it that you think you will have it figured out right away , And I must say it didnt end like I thought that it would so I highly recommend this book to read It left me with tears in my eyes and brought alot of memories back to me as well of things in my own life ! Check it out its well worth it

I joined booksneeze so that I could read and review books , This is just my oppion on this book and I must say while i was hesitant to begin with reading it Once I did I couldn't put the book down ,

Mr Andrew draws you into time travel and pondering questions and answer that will make you stop and think seriously about what you are reading , The book is very well written and I found my self laughing a few times while reading it because of some of the things the character's which i have got to add are well known and a wonderful assortment of them drawn together so easily from Ab Lincoln to Washington Anne Frank , Gabriel and so many others that made the travel through this book extremely enjoyable and I highly recommend this book to others to read , I look forward to finding other books of Mr Andrews and sharing this one I personally think also that it could reach several different ages that would find it a great summer time read !! Youth Trip to Atlanta !

Being The Hands and Feet for Jesus Christ and Sharing Gods Word Until The Whole World Hears !

I went on a mission trip to Atlanta with the youth group from our church this is my testimony and I wanted to share it with everybody along with a few pictures from the trip !

Thinking back on this summer and the things that happened, I don't know just where to start and I feel I need to begin my story in May. I feel that God was using certain events to plant a special seed in my heart. I was still struggling with my faith and I was unsure of where God could truly use me.

We started attending Church in March and in April my son Neal and I signed up to go on the Atlanta mission trip. I was excited about becoming more and more involved in a Church. The happiness and wholeness I was experiencing from being there made it feel like we were become a part of the Church family. The peace God began to place within me was overwhelming and I desired to find a way to share it.

I was excited about the trip and I was also nervous. I am not sure my heart was fully in it and I had no idea what to expect, but I was allowing God to lead me and trusting him. Then my son was admitted to the hospitall and had to have emergency surgery on May 24^th. The out pour of love and support we received from our Church family at that time touched me in a way that I am not sure I will ever be able to put into words.

The experience put a longing within my heart for a continuing change in my life. I wanted to begin living a life more pleasing to God. I wanted to make sure I would be able to also provide that type of love and support to someone if I were ever called. My desire to go on a mission trip increased that night and I knew my heart was completely in it.

I was amazed at the amount of homeless people in Atlanta . As we walked from our parking area to the Atlanta Braves game we saw homeless lingering the streets and under the bridges. However, the sight of them hit me more as we left and drove back to our 5 star hotel. They were digging in the trash, pulling boxes out to sleep in, and just laying along the streets. Looking down from our room, I thought, “You would have never known there are over 8,000 homeless down there”.

I can not describe the things we saw or experiences we received from simply handing out water. We met a lady named Barbara who had aids and cancer both. Her family wanted nothing to do with her because of the aids. We asked if we could do anything, she simply asked us to pray and so we did. And this is Barbra to this day i can still see her trying to walk off and the trouble that she had in doing so and I wonder about her alot

We passed out over 500 tracks with the word of God on them. Watching the youth stand bold and fearless as they spread Gods love was a testimony itself. Watching them pray with others did things to my heart that I can not put into words. Watching others plant seeds in the hearts of strangers upon the street allowed me to see just how much the seed within my own heart had grown.

We attended a service at Atlanta First Methodist Church and heard the testimony of a former homeless man, a man who once served in the United States Military. Hearing his story allowed me to see things in a different light and my heart truly softened that wonderful night.

Due to the events prior and during that mission trip I have since rededicated my life to Christ and I look forward to serving anywhere he may lead me.

This became our theme you could say for the trip This was a billboard that was right outside of our hotel in downtown Atlanta and After being a part of this mission and handing out all the water and food that we did , This group of 12 carried over 200 bottles of water and we handed them out to the homeless we passed out snacks that were for our own group to the people and anything that we had that we could give them , and to see the look in there eyes to hear these people thank us and to have them say that they don't have this out poor of love and haven't for years is really sad , Most of us in America are just a paycheck or 2 away from being homeless our selves , So the next time that you see some one that is homeless think that could be you and don't take for granted the things that you have ! Not all people that are homeless are like the stereo type that they have been giving that they just want people to feel sorry for them or they don't want to work for anything , ALOT of these people have stories that would humble and move you , Praise God that I was able to experience this and I look forward to going back , I could blog a month of post about this trip alone ! We are going back in December to continue our mission and I will post more about that soon , But thank you for taking the time to read this and God Bless !!

This past week end I got to take a mommy vacation !! I went with 2 of the most amazing friends to Perry Ga for a Create n Crop , Scrapbook filled weekend ! I took with me over 100 pages worth of page kits with me and managed between all the excitement of the expo and vender's and everything we did to get about 38 of the pages put together !! And that n its self excites me more then anything I will get pictures soon of the pages That i did get finished up and load them on here , I know its been a while sense I have done anything with my blog but im hoping to get my act back together , work on me some more the changes of the love of good and bad and working on my scrapbooking again So for those of you that have been followers of my blog I thank ya and hope to hear some feedback and input from you all as i start back up with my blog !!
Now that I am back home however before I can work on any of my page kits I guess I need to do the unfun part of the retreat experience and unpack all my goodies and everything that I took with me this weekend ( i was proud of my self i only left here with 1 bag of clothes my croppin bag my container of page kits and my tool caddy bag " haha " as scrappers you guys understand movin the house when you go to scrap! ) So Alas I must do that before i can do anything Else

For me when I saw the word Obey the first thing that came to mind for me was the 10 Commandments because thats what alot of it is about is Obeying the rules set forth to us by GOD, Even as children we are taught that we are supposed to Obey our parents and adults and there rules , and as we grow up and get older we are taught all through out the scripture to obey Gods Word and the direction that he leads us in , This was a good word to do and I really enjoying it , Thank you for stopping in today and reading my blog have a blessed and wonderful day

The 10 commandments come from Exodus 20:1-17. Here is the verse:

Alrighty I just wanted to take a second and check in and see how everybody summer has gone well , Ours has been pretty busy especially for the last few weeks the boys are back in school so far so good there :) I had my first workshop for Stampin Up in probley a 1 1/2 and it went great ! I look forward to hanging out with all the ladies again soon and hope to do some more workshops , I am finally caught back up on my scripture pages :) YAYYY i know i just gotta get them posted not sure what order im gonna do the blogs in theres about 11 of them I have to post plus all the stuff from my workshop that I want to share with you all and the new pics of the boys , Maybe in the next week i can sit down and catch my blog up and get everything back rolling again ! Soul Secrets ---- When Its Hard To Forgive

I know that I like so many others have strugled with forgiving people that have hurt us in one way or another because some times its soo hard , While reading in my bible this morning at church I was looking ahead and came upon this on one of the pages . I really like it and the way that it touched me I hope that these words may also touch you today if you are in need of forgiving some one whose done wrong to you also ! have a great and wonderful day , God is so amazing and with him all things are possible including forgiving ......

Lord there is nothing harder then trying to forgive when you've been desperately wounded Its worse when the offenders show no remorse but gloat over the pain they have brought into your life And that's where I am.. I do not want to forgive
But I know enough to understand that the command of Your Holy Word is forgiveness no matter what you have not given me an option
Help me to realize that unforgiven can kill it can kill my friendships my joy even my body So Lord i am choosing today to forgive all those who have stolen from me all who have broken my heart and wounded my body or my soul all who have haunted me for years In the name of Jesus I forgive
Thank you Lord for strength to walk out this forgiveness in my life Thank you for using it as a testimony to the power of your love and Thank you that as I choose to forgive moment by moment the feelings will follow

Have you ever stopped and asked your self why , Or searched for a understanding about why things happen or the events of life and even the little things why things are the way they are ? I have more times then I can count and for the last few weeks the word UNDERSTANDING has been weighing in my thoughts alot so I decided to look it up on bible gateway and see just what was said , Wow was I ever amazed with just what I came across , As always the bible has the best stories and the easiest ways about helping some one to understand things ! Theres that word again , The Colossians 1-9 and 2 Peter 1-5 were my two most heartfelt ones that stood out to me Especially the Colossians one it touched me in a way I'm not sure how to describe but it was pretty powerful , We have a God that doesn't judge or fault but forgives us and its pointed out just how understanding he is in that verse, As always i added the other Scriptures that stood out to me and they are written on my page as well .. One word was really and truly how our story began , I think sometimes that this has been a dream and one day ill wake up from it, but with each passing day i come to realize more and more that its not a dream , That on that beautiful Saturday in June of 2001 I did marry my best friend , my soul mate , prince charming , you name it , Its hard to believe that we've been married for 8 years today but we have and tho I would have to say that these have been the best years of my life they haven't always been the easiest tho , But with the good and the bad its been a wonderful journey ,

This is the first year tho we've ever had to spend our anniversary apart :( and I do miss him like crazy

So even tho we cant be together today on our anniversary I just wanted to write a little blog up and share with everybody why I love this man so much and just what he means to me

Jason and I have always been so close but over the last year with everything that's gone on our relationship has grown so much and gotten so much stronger . And I accredit that to God , Jason and I both read the book Fireproof last year and it helped to start a wildfire of change in our relationship and our marriage and its been so wonderful !

1 Corinthians 13 - 4-7 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Is that verse just not a awesome one ? , Because in a marriage Love has to be patient and you have to be kind to each other I honestly believe that its not just about it being Just a man and woman that there has to be that third presence in a marriage the presence of God has got to be there to make it work , Now it hasn't always been the strongest in our marriage and like anybody we've stumbled along the way and down the path , But in the last year , Ive learned so much about Jason and my Self and just how strong we really are , doing the bible study that I've been doing this year its helped to open my eyes up alot also ,

Ive learned that there are so many message in the word of God that can help in making a love story truly unbelievable , not to mention the guidance and wisdom that can be gotten and gained from just studying the word ,We are all given the chance to make our own destiny's and how we choose to do them is all on us ,But in becoming the best person that we can be you have to be open minded to changes , I thank you Jason for putting up with me over the years , I know that it hasn't been easy but you've always loved me and tho I know that our love has grown so much over the years as has your patience and understanding towards me , We've come so far Jason from the 2 people that meet back in 1999 and that moved in with each other on that spark of love that we hoped never died , Well baby it for sure hasn't died its become a wildfire of emotions , love ,trust , happiness , understand and so much more that cant even begin to be put into words and I fall in love more and more with you each and every day !

See there is a story behind this layout --- I love waterfalls for one thing i think that they are quite beautiful so i wanted something kinda neat for these pictures , so because I'm a title person (I'm starting to realize this ) I decided to take some of them ********** trusty rub on's and do the water fall title on top of my picture , Now don't get me wrong I love how it turned out but there must be a secret way to getting rub ons to do right and not take forever to put them on ..... We went on vacation in Tn in 2007 and I am starting to get my scrapping bug back , so far this year I've done 37 pages for this album , i printed out over 600 pictures for it , But right now the section of the trip I'm working on is the Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg , I did a aquarium trip from Chattanooga's s last year for my oldest sons summer vacation book from that same summer , Fish are beautiful animals haha is only so many ways to scrap them tho .. Creator Wk 20 scripture challange

I thank you for stopping by and checking out my scripture page the word for the week is Creator and as always i enjoyed studying this word, The first Colossians verse is pretty strong and is a reminder to me that when we dedicate our lives to God its just like trading in all of our griefs and sorrows for a new and better self but we are able to do that because God him self the creator of all made us that way , And he forgives us for our sins And how amazing is it to know that Our Awesome God the creator of all gives us that chance to come to him and he forgives us for all of our sins and creates a new and better us ! Praise God for all of the wonderful things he did create !

I am still around honest and I have been very busy with everything going on , Ive been doing my bible study and do have the page for desire to put up , I gotta find my camera tho to take some pics of them is one reason it isn't up as of yet , I have decided that due to some things and other feelings that I will be partaking on the bible scripture challenge my self and I will post it on the days that I get it done , I really enjoy reading the word of God and building my relationship with him and getting to know him better its been amazing for me , But at the same time Ive spent so much time trying to figure out certain things and actions by other people that i haven't fully gotten everything out of it that I can , therefor not to offend or hurt any ones feelings or get mine hurt any more Ive decided to do this on my own .

I have also been bitten again by the scrapping bug and in the last week I've gotten about 10 pages done so there again as soon as I find the ol camera ill get pics posted of my latest work ..

Now for the crazy part , my dads been outta work for about a month now and things have been pretty hard on everybody , I know that this situation is going on in so many homes across the US with the economy in the state that it is , And while you can say your praying for people and u know how they feel , honestly until some one you love is put in that situation its hard to really imagine.. Having to face all this has opened up my eyes greatly , and My heart has come to hurt for people that are in this situation , The not knowing the trying of faith and what not is hard to deal with , But I've also learned that Prayer and the power of it is something truly amazing and I am grateful to have that and to have realized the importance of it . So to those in this situation or facing this with a loved one , It will get better and even tho it may not seem as tho it will , Have faith in God and Pray . it will help and he will provide !

I hope your all enjoying your summer mines going pretty good so far Ive managed to do a lil cleaning up and gone through my clothes in my dresser and closet :) that's a good thing .. Look for my pages to be posted sooon , because I will find my camera in the next few days !

Galatians 5:22 But what happens when we live God's way? He brings gifts into our lives, much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard—things like affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity. We develop a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion in the heart, and a conviction that a basic holiness permeates things and people. Schools Out For Summer --And A Proud Mamma Here

Well its official Schools Out For Summer ! The kids are happy and so am I but before school let out 2 of the boys Neal and BradLee got some pretty high awards for the end of the school year ,

Neal got his award for being in the top 10 students for the middle school for AR which is Accelerated Reader he came in like 5Th place over all which is pretty cool , I think this child read all year long I know hes read alot of books this year . He always has one in his hand haha not sure where he gets that from we all like to read around here . Hes going in to the 8Th grade tho he passed one more yr and hell be in high school my the time has flown by so quick. And BradLee got his award for Math he was most improved for the 4Th grade for Top Star Math Growth He really improved his math for the year and we are proud of both boys for the accomplishments . He is going into the 5Th grade .. Time sure has flown by with all 3 boys Bret is also going into the 5Th grade they all have said that they wanna make honor roll next year and do well so we will see , I hope that they do I know that they have it in them to do it ! But we are looking forward to summer and all the fun that it will bring do you have any summer plans ? Were hoping to go to Ga come the end of July for a few days with the kids if everything works out like were hoping !! So i hope that from our family to yours that you have a wonderful and fun summer , I'm hoping my self to get lots of scrapbooking done and reading some more on the books Ive bought ! Been a busy week last week

I have gotten a few things done last Tue i stamped out 21 Thank you cards for a friend of mine as a wedding gift to her I am also making her a recipe box and have stamped out almost 200 cards for it . Pics of them to all come soon I have to make the dividers for the box and it will be done , My wonderful hubby came home Thur and as always we have been going non stop sense then it seems like ! Sat however we did go to the park and get some pics of the kids before the rain moved in then we sat and enjoyed a family picnic in the rain but it was nice we were under a pavilion ! Heres some pics of the kiddos tho , Ahh yes and to top off the weekend I either jammed or broke my toe last night . I was supposed to get back into the exercises this week.. Wonders how long it will take this to stop hurting and throbbing ! And my wonderful husband is working in town all week :) yayy I'm so excited to spend some time with him so if i don't post much this week well that will be why But I Hope you have had a blessed and wonderful weekend also !

So Many Wonderful and Moving verses out of the bible this week our study word is HIS PRESENCE and ive found my self searching long and hard to find Gods Presence and see where its at in my life , While doing the searching like with his Love I have come to realize that its there all around me ! My journaling on the page reads as follows , Gods Presence is everywhere around us Its in each of the seasons the animals and plants in the books and music all around us In seeking my own relationship in my walk with God ive come to realize just how much , I know that Gods there His Presence is known in my life and it excits me I just want to scream Gods word from the roof tops and share it with everyone

1 Corinthians 14:1 Prayer Language ] Go after a life of love as if your life depended on it—because it does. Give yourselves to the gifts God gives you. Most of all, try to proclaim his truth. If you praise him in the private language of tongues, God understands you but no one else does, for you are sharing intimacies just between you and him. But when you proclaim his truth in everyday speech, you're letting others in on the truth so that they can grow and be strong and experience his presence with you.

1 Corinthians 14:4 The one who prays using a private "prayer language" certainly gets a lot out of it, but proclaiming God's truth to the church in its common language brings the whole church into growth and strength. I want all of you to develop intimacies with God in prayer, but please don't stop with that. Go on and proclaim his clear truth to others. It's more important that everyone have access to the knowledge and love of God in language everyone understands than that you go off and cultivate God's presence in a mysterious prayer language—unless, of course, there is someone who can interpret what you are saying for the benefit of all.

1 John 3:21 And friends, once that's taken care of and we're no longer accusing or condemning ourselves, we're bold and free before God! We're able to stretch our hands out and receive what we asked for because we're doing what he said, doing what pleases him. Again, this is God's command: to believe in his personally named Son, Jesus Christ. He told us to love each other, in line with the original command. As we keep his commands, we live deeply and surely in him, and he lives in us. And this is how we experience his deep and abiding presence in us: by the Spirit he gave us.

1 John 5:13[ The Reality, Not the Illusion ] My purpose in writing is simply this: that you who believe in God's Son will know beyond the shadow of a doubt that you have eternal life, the reality and not the illusion. And how bold and free we then become in his presence, freely asking according to his will, sure that he's listening. And if we're confident that he's listening, we know that what we've asked for is as good as ours.

Psalm 95:1 Come, let's shout praises to God, raise the roof for the Rock who saved us! Let's march into his presence singing praises, lifting the rafters with our hymns!

Psalm 105:1Hallelujah! Thank God! Pray to him by name! Tell everyone you meet what he has done! Sing him songs, belt out hymns, translate his wonders into music! This is another thinking of you card I got some acrylic stamps from Gel a tins and i made this one with them all SU inks and used the new corner chomper from crop a dial on the edges of it ! (if ya haven't had a chance to play with these or get one they are a must have ) But this ones another simple card i kinda like the way that it turned out !

Where Yeasterday Lives - this one hit home with me because it is about losing a parent unexpectedly and then finding your self back in your hometown dealing with many mixed emotions about your faith and different things in your life ! I liked it alot and I do recommend it to any one
When Joy Came To Stay - This one all I can say is wow ! its a story dealing about a woman who gave a child up for adoption and lived with it for many years keeping it to her self ! but further more it deals with a subject that alot of people alot of Christians like to sweep under a rug and try and admit doesn't exist it deals alot with depression ! And a undying faith in God ! Very Very Good book
On Every Side - This one wow I don't know where to begin with my take on this book other then to say it really got to me in so many ways on so many levels First of all it deals with the subject of a parent stricken with cancer and dying from it and with Grama having been in that situation that's the first thing that struck out to me its also about a brother and sister separated in the foster care system for many yr and a faith that has been tested pushed aside and even doubt with blame and alot of regret , I just finished reading this one last night or i should say at 3 am this morning it got to me that much I just couldn't put it down until I finished it and with the word this week being Joy that's a sense I felt as i continued to read each page of this book , Its almost like i was there watching the scene unfold my self and the book is truly amazing If you have never read a christian fiction book , ever doubted your faith or even questioned God and his very existence and purpose for you in your life ! Please get this book and read it !

I pray today that each of you that read my blog today that maybe in some way it touches you , and that each and every one of you are safe , I am blessed and so full of my own happiness and joys in life that i want to share them with every one , and I am so grateful to God for the many wonderful family and friends that he has blessed me with and even for the things that may lie in the path ahead ! the new friends that I may make , I hope that this blog even if it touches just one person in a way that moves them closer to you Christ then I have done something good and I am grateful for that ! Please lord keep those I love safe you know the many prayer request and topics in my heart LORD ! ---- Even if i don't get to say them all aloud ! please know they are there ! .. amen !

A very good and close friend of mine was in a pretty bad car accident not to long again and I know she loves dragonfly's so this is the get well card that I made for her ! Its scary at just how quick a loved one can be injured or hurt in a accident and Praise the Lord her injuries weren't that serious but even still they could have been ! I hope she likes her card !

Protection - - Scripture Challange Page

Protection -- When I think of this word so many different things come to mind , As a mother protecting my kids and making sure that they are safe , As a wife being there for my husband and making sure that he has protection around his heart and things when he is out of town or even when hes home , For my family im supposed to be there for them and I know that and give them understanding and protection also the same with my friends , But what about me some times one has to sit back and ask that question , sure my husband is my protector and so are my family but Before all of them God is so very much my protector and he keeps me safe in everything that i do I found several verses that really jumped to me for this word but this one

Exodus 15:12 -You stretched out your right hand and the Earth swallowed them up. But the people you redeemed, you led in merciful love; You guided them under your protection to your holy pasture

really made me stop and understand GOD and his protection for me ..

Others that I liked are

Proverbs 18:10 - God's name is a place of protection— good people can run there and be safe.

Psalm 34:7- God's angel sets up a circle of protection around us while we pray.

And this one How Powerful are the words in this verse and do they not make you stop and think about things but yet these words are so true

2 Samuel 22:3-my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.He is my shield, the power that saves me,and my place of safety.He is my refuge, my savior,the one who saves me from violence.

Proverbs 30:5-Every word of God proves true.He is a shield to all who come to him for protection.

Psalm 18:2-The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior;my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.He is my shield, the power that saves me,and my place of safety.

Comfort --Scripture Challange

Our word for the week is COMFORT and Ive really enjoyed spending the time in the Word of God this week studying this word and thinking about the way that it has effected my life my journaling on this page reads ,

Sadly enough sometimes we only turn to our Wonderful Savior when we are in search of comfort And what im starting to realize is that Gods there always to comfort us us during the good times and the bad and to give us the strength to also be there and comfort those in need !

And in searching for the verses for this word I found 3 that I really liked alot one really goes well with my journaling I think

2 Corinthians 1:3[ The Rescue ] All praise to the God and Father of our Master, Jesus the Messiah! Father of all mercy! God of all healing counsel! He comes alongside us when we go through hard times, and before you know it, he brings us alongside someone else who is going through hard times so that we can be there for that person just as God was there for us. We have plenty of hard times that come from following the Messiah, but no more so than the good times of his healing comfort—we get a full measure of that, too.

Matthew 5:11"Not only that—count yourselves blessed every time people put you down or throw you out or speak lies about you to discredit me. What it means is that the truth is too close for comfort and they are uncomfortable. You can be glad when that happens—give a cheer, even!—for though they don't like it, I do! And all heaven applauds. And know that you are in good company. My prophets and witnesses have always gotten into this kind of trouble.

Just wanted to take a min and drop in let y'all know I'm still around and kicking I have been in readers world lately and haven't done much at all as far as crafting , Tonya told me about Karen Kingsberry and between the Francine Rivers Book Redeeming Love(AWESOME BOOK ) and Karens, When Joy Came to Stay( I am about half way through this one ) and Where Yeasterday Lives (Another Really Good One ) so between those my bday being last monday ( WOW 30) , Easter and everything that has been going on needless to say I havnt gotten much craft stuff done but my Awesome Husband got me a lap top for my bday and now ill be able to move back over there to my table and maybe (im hoping) get some work on some scrapbook stuff done ! Ive got a stack of books to that I got for my bday (11 or so) so well see just how much I get done between it all ! Cross your fingers !I hope that every one is having a blessed and wonderful weekend hubbys home for a few days so ive also been a little mia ! Take care and God Bless

Grace -- Scripture Page

Hope that everybody having a good week I have managed to get my pages I was behind caught up and will be posting them at the bottom of this page this weeks word was GRACE and I really enjoyed doing it I as always found alot of verses that stood out to me with this word also , Ive enjoyed so much doing this study and learning more about Gods wonderful word and studying the bible There is a Calmness and a Grace in knowing and believing in GOD and living your life for him , I'm truly enjoying it I hope you enjoy the scripture and the pages to go along If you get the chance Check out Chris Tomlin song I Will Rise its a pretty powerful song and I think it goes perfect with the word GRACE

The verses that I want to share with you are

Job 22:26-"You'll take delight in God, the Mighty One, and look to him joyfully, boldly.You'll pray to him and he'll listen; he'll help you do what you've promised.You'll decide what you want and it will happen; your life will be bathed in light.To those who feel low you'll say, 'Chin up! Be brave!' and God will save them.Yes, even the guilty will escape, escape through God's grace in your life."

Keep company with me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly." -- This one i really liked it reminded me that even when im tired and worn out and just need to escape that Gods there and he will listen i just have to trust in him and turn to him always and at anytime

I know its been a while sense i last posted am working on getting caught up on some pages I was able to escape for a week with my hubby while the kids were on spring break (much needed r and r ) and i even managed some pages for my tn book then last week was spent helping my mom get moved into there new place and getting my house straight and what not from being gone all the week before , Now I am catching up on my scripture pages and hope to post the ones Ive missed tomorrow ! Scripture Challange ! --Trust --Check it out

I haven't had a chance to do my page for this week yet but I have done the bible study I did it on Monday night alone and it helped me to open my insight to alot of things The word this week is TRUST and that is a word that I have had a very hard time dealing with over the years and even today on certain issues in reading the scriptures for this week i found alot of things were said and some even said over and over , so many verses that I read touched me and I have a long list of them for this word Some i copied the verses down and they will go on my page but I have just as many that I have the passages wrote down and they too will go down for future references when I need to go back and refresh my memory on things and remind my self to put my TRUST in GOD that he will guide me through anything that life puts forth to be dealt with You have to know and Trust that GOD is by your side and that being said this poem that's always been a staple in my family and in my heart comes to mind

FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the LORD.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.For each scene he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him,he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the LORD about it:
"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way.But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life,there is only one set of footprints.I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me."
The LORD replied:
"My son, my precious child,I love you and I would never leave you.During your times of trial and suffering,when you see only one set of footprints,it was then that I carried you."

That poem reminds me that God will provide and when it seems like I am dealing with everything on my own that I am not , when I feel like I am walking along the beach of life alone and I can only see one set of footprints in the sand that I need to remember and TRUST that that's when GOD is carrying and guiding me the most ,

Do You Ever Wonder ????......... Why

Due to some things that have gone on in the last 2 weeks Ive spent alot of time keeping more so to my self then usual , and while doing this I have had alot of time on my hands to think about situations and things that are going on in my world and in the world around me ,
I haven't done much of any crafting in the last 2 weeks really i have some Tn pages that I have done and need to post as i mentioned in a earlier post i did last week i think it was I will get around to them sooner or later ,
In the last 2 weeks tho I have dealt with certain people and issues that have sent my mind into a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions , and while some of whats gone on I truly don't understand I know that I cant change the way people feel about me , or why people do and say some of the things that they do .
On that note I haven't made it no secret in the last few months that I am working on me , a New me and a better me , and while on this path Its taken me down some long and winding roads that have made me open up my eyes to somethings , face fears and hurt and made me realize what is important to me in my life . And as we are coming into spring , the season of new growth and new life (even if the weather right now is still crazy and insane) I want to say a few things that I need to get off of my chest , In trying to improve my self I am doing the weekly bible study and its helped me alot and I am so enjoying doing it its helped me to open up my eyes to many things and see situations in a different light, In the last yr God has moved me in my life in so many ways and ways that I am very grateful for , but this change that Ive found in my self and that I am so proud of me for seems to have drawn a wedge in between me and a few other friendships that I have. And while it saddens me to have lost those friendships or not be as close to them any more as I once was I have to continue on this path and on the journey that God is leading me down right now , Because that is whats most important . We recently did the word Change in our bible study and this word means alot to me because I am ever changing but now I'm changing for the right reasons for God and for my self to improve me so that I am a better person for not only my self but for my husband , my kids and family and friends .
And while my Change maybe offends some people or drives people away I am grateful for each and every person that God has placed in my life because I know that they were there to teach me a lesson , show me the light and meaning , drive me to improve my self , or even to realize that there are things and people that I don't want to be like , Its also taught me that IT IS OKAY TO BE ME .. AND THAT I DON'T HAVE TO CHANGE ME TO MAKE ANY ONE ELSE HAPPY OR TO MAKE THEM WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH ME , If some one truly wants to be a friend to some one they will love and accept that person for who they are , We aren't perfect. there is no Manuel that says you have to do this to be a friend to some one , or that they expect certain things out of you and that you have to be or pretend to be something that you arent to make another person happy or want to be friends with you.. We all have faults and no one is perfect , sometimes we may forget to do or say something and it may offend others , we might not be as open about our feelings as others would like etc , we all have our faults , God didn't make any of us perfect he gives us the chance to make mistakes and run over the speed bumps in life to improve who we are and to teach us to trust in God with everything , to come to him in any storm and to know that He is there just waiting for us to talk to him and come to him with anything , Its taken me a LONG time to realize that and Ive hit them speed bumps in my life running 150 to nothing .. I am learning tho to slow down and appreciate life ., to stop and look around me and realize whats there and how important those things truly are to me and that GOD is so amazing and he is such a AWESOME GOD .

1 Peter 4 - 12-13Friends, when life gets really difficult, don't jump to the conclusion that God isn't on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner.

So while I have had issues and have been hurt alot in the last 2 weeks I have come to appreciate alot and realize even more , I thank God for showing me the lessons in the things that he has , and even more for giving me the strength and encouraging me to go on and face what lies ahead of me with my head held high.

So on that note if like me you've been faced recently with trouble and its got you wondering why and whats going on turn your thoughts and worries in prayer to God , he listens , and while we may not always get the answer that we are hoping or looking for there is a reason behind it , a lesson and brighter things ahead of us , Things happen for a reason I am grateful for each and every one that I do call a friend , and even those that are no longer in my life for what ever the reasons, I have needed to post this and its helped me to close the wounds that I am feeling , maybe now I can get back to scrapping and doing what I truly enjoy instead of wondering what I have done wrong , or why or what i have said or done to upset and make people mad !
If you've read this far thank you , I appreciate knowing that people do read what i write , I hope that if you have or are facing a problem with a friendship , situation money - job- life etc that you will remember that God is there and he does listen . Turn to him he helps to heal us all !

Friday before last my husband surprised me and told me that he was coming home early from working out of town for the week, and for many of you , you know that hes been working out of town alot so far this year and I kinda disappear when its time for him to come home cause its normally just for a few days ,But I was having lunch with my mom at Applebees and my hubby called me and asked where we were at , so i told him and he said that he would meet us there , well he did and he walked in with the most beautiful flowers , They smelled soo good and I must admit i was all giddy and blushing when he walked in with them cause it was in the middle of the lunch rush ! So while i may be kinda fond of him i think that hes pretty amazing ! These flowers have lived for almost 2 weeks now and still smell amazing and brighten up my kitchen so much ! Make me think of him every time i walked passed them last week and smelled them ! Be on the look out Ive finally started my Tn scrapbook pages from our Vacation in 2007 i will be getting some of my pages posted soon ! its been a long week and a half and have had some things going on but i did want to share these ! hope you have a wonderful and blessed day !

scripture challange - peace

The word for the week was Peace --

And with the world in the current state that it is in alot of things came to mind to me on this one I found alot of verses that I truly liked to go with it and included all of them on my page this time in one fashion or another , And I do hope one day that we will all live in a world that is full of Peace and Love , one of the verses that I chose this time really stood out and reminds me that even tho we cant change every body and cant make everybody be at Peace it starts with just one person ,

2 Thessalonians 3-16May the Master of Peace himself give you the gift of getting along with each other at all times, in all ways. May the Master be truly among you!

Out of the 8 I chose to list these are the 4 that stood out to me the most I also feel that the song by Brandon Heath Gimmie Your Eyes is another great example of Gods amazing works and praise through song this song talks about having the chance to see the world through Gods eyes and what a amazing thing i feel that would be I do hope one day that we can all live in a world where every one is in peace with one another and isn't so fast to judge or jump down another , that we can all be Happy and live with the Harmony and Peace that God intended for us all to be in, the world sad ens me so much sometimes but it does all start with one ! and we can move like a wildfire and spread the Peace and the word of God to everyone we meet !

CAUTION ~~(disclaimer here ) Okay first of all are ya comfy in your chair ? If not my suggestion is get that way cause I'm Not sure as to how long this ones gonna get ! I'm on a ramble roll today so consider your self warned !

Here we go this is my 50Th post on my lovely little blog here cool huh ! I know its a small number but its alot for me right now 50 seems to be a big number in my eyes and I will get to that in a second , I was hesitant on doing the whole blog thing to begin with but I'm finding its been a amazing outlet in the process of finding me and is a awesome way to share my work and get honest feedback from people ...some times that means alot to know what others think about your work outside of the normal everyday people you talk to and share it with ! so with that said Thank you to everybody that stops by and leaves love on the page after the post that I post ! Your comments do mean alot and don't go unappreciated !

Now as I stated about this has been a awesome tool in finding me ! And I know that when this journey is done and I go back and read through the post I will be shocked at the changes that unfolded for me to become the person I'm searching to become , but i know ill be grateful and so thankful that I had posted everything like I have to have the account to go back and see it ,

As you may or may not know , I am pushing 30 April seems to be coming alot faster then I had planned for it to come now don't get me wrong turning 30 don't freak me out or bother me I am really OK with the fact that I'm turning 30 what was however bothering me in a bad way was 2 things my weight and my faith and they are 2 things that were seriously bothering me and that I wanted to Change ( theres that word again ) before my birthday , now i know that I wont have meet both my original goals by my birthday because as I've come down this road over the last few months Ive come to realize that Change happens slowly and not all at once and that's not such a bad thing I decided when we moved out here to Caledonia in June last year that it was time for a new Amber a better Amber , moving back to Ms to me has meant facing alot of demons and dark parts of my life that I have tried so hard to run away from over the last 10 yrs ! But I'm finding that Change while scary as hell is needed and its not such a bad thing , I finally started putting my plan in motion the end of July beginning of Aug of 2008 I started exercising on a regular basis and changing the way that not only I ate but the way we ate as a family and tho its been a very long battle so far my original goal was to lose about 100 lbs because i want to be a healthier sexy wife and mother who will be here for my kids and my husband , And ill be able to be active and do things with them in our everyday life plus i know that Ill be alot happier with me , And while this has been going on I'm learning as I go and I'm enjoying working to make a better me , Now so far sense July of 2008 I have lost 47 lbs I am 2 lbs away from 50 lbs which is half way to my Goal ! So that's where the number 50 is coming into play with me right now and I am deteremed by my birthday to hit that 2 lbs and hopefully beat it and be down to 200 lbs by my birthday if that's the case i will have lost 75 lbs total ! So wish me luck I'm 20 lbs away right now from my new bday goal . I ve got to get some pictures i have a few people asking for some new ones Ill get them soon I promise ! Now onto the faith part of the journey ! I have always believed in God that was never a question , But I needed to find God and make him a known presence in my life because as I am learning with God All things are possible and to know God is amazing and I'm learning so much about my self and what I want as a mother and wife , This journey has taught me alot and I know I'm not done yet that I am still a work in process and that is OK . Because I'm making a better me ! A Me that I can be proud of ! And I want to thank my husband and family and friends that have stood by me during all this CHANGE because with out them I know this would have been so much harder to do and I am blessed to have them in my lives I thank God daily for bringing each of them into my life for the reasons he did ! I know they all make me a part of who and what I am

Our word last week was CHANGE and that word scared the tar outta me for so very long , And I have to be honest that when I think Change I think of Self Change or the changes around us like in the seasons the flowers blooming in spring time new life and then the changes in Fall and Winter and Summer but in reading the bible that wasn't the way it come across to me I think we all had a challenging time with this word this week and I am glad that we ended up with 2 weeks to do it because it took me that long to understand it Christina hit it right God is the only perfect person , and we have to Change regardless to become better Christians , wives mothers , daughters , friends etc , and in making that Change we become more like the examples that we should be for Christ , He made us to Change and forgives us for our sins that we make because we aren't made perfect , were made to grow and learn and become a person that not only our selves can be proud of but that God will also be proud of too ..

I have 3 verses i used on my page ! One Christina pointed out to me and it makes so much sense and I too felt i needed to use it on mine ! the first is

Ive got a long list of projects i wanted to work on and make this week and am having a slow start I made some yesterday that i wasn't too happy with but so far today looks like it might be a card making day and I'm hoping to find my UMPHHH and get my groove back !

All inks on this are SU tits Brilliant Blue Ink and then I used the Brilliant Blue and Yo Yo Yellow watercolor crayons and water brush to color it in with and then used the scalloped edge punch for the border card stock is non su !

The word for the week this week is Wait , I thought for sure when i first saw the word for the week that i would have a hard time , but contrary to first thoughts once i started studying the word it came and was hard to narrow it down to just a few verses that stuck out to me

First one I used on my page is

Isaiah 25-9,10 1Also at that time, people will say, "Look at what's happened! This is our God!We waited for him and he showed up and saved us! This God, the one we waited for!Let's celebrate, sing the joys of his salvation. God's hand rests on this mountain!"

Second one is

my writing on the page says this - So many times I find my self in the position to have to wait , And so many times I try to fight the wait . But after studying this small little 4 letter word WAIT its packed with so much meaning ~ Gods telling me to slow down to wait and let things happen as they are supposed to and not as I want them to . I need to be patient and wait Good things do come to those who WAIT right !

And the song that i am choosing to use this week as the one that stands out to me in relation to this word is by Third Day the song is called Slow Down --- i was listening to one of my play list while working on the page this morning (it came together really easy for me ) and this song come on and i had to stop a min and really listen to it

WINTER JAM ! 2009 -- was AMAZING !

We went Saturday night to Winter Jam -- if you ever have the chance to go to one of these ohhh its amazing to say the very least ! To be in a place filled with 1000's of people most of which was kids and teenagers young adults, The over all experience for my was great to see my family and loved ones worship together with all the people there .. words cant even begin to describe the many emotions that I felt ! It was very much so worth the drive and the money to go see and experience ! Some of what we saw well wow where to start ,
Stephanie Smith was the first artist that came out to preform and she was really good , we all liked her Then pure NRG come out and the boys really really like them alot , they were a very good band tho I do see having to buy there cd's for the kids as they come out and i think it was pretty cool for the boys to see that even young artist can share there love for God and Praise him and not be ashamed to admit there love for God ! Then Francesca Battistelli was the next artist that preformed and she had a amazing voice i really enjoyed listening to her sing her songs Next was Newsong , they were soo cool and had some awesome music , ive always liked there music but to see them in concert was cool because they are just uplifting . HawkNelson was next and they were cool I've heard there music before but not what they played that night ! But alot of the teenagers really got into them and you could just feel it in the room when they started to perform and ive looked up more of the music online sense we come home and it is good ! my boys even liked it :) Next speaker Tony Nolan came out and if you haven't ever heard this man talk ,, and if you get the chance to please do ! Because he is so funny and straight forward and very bluntly to the point but i soo liked him and the way he spreads Gods word is amazing He brought so many people that night between the praise and worship of the artist and his words and the amazing power of God there were so many that rededicated and dedicated there lives to Christ , My Self and 2 of my sons included and im sure so many more but he was truly amazing and at the moment when they asked those to stand that dedicated there lives ohh you could feel Gods presence everywhere in that room and I was shaking so bad from seeing the boys standing that i couldn't even get a picture of them but it was a amazing feeling as a mother to see that and be a part of it .. But it was so cool ! After that Brandon Heath came out and he is another artist that we all like in our house his song Give Me Your Eyes is so good and so true i wish every one would just stop for a second and listen to the words and take them to heart , put them into use with there every day lives !
There were so many people there , it was so cool tho seeing all of people there and to see them all worshiping Christ ~ After Brandon was done singing his song Toby Mac Brought the house down with his group with a amazing performance and all I can saw was WOW they are awesome it was so upbeat and the place went wild with the love of Christ ! If you haven't heard the song Jesus Freak from Toby Mac and DC Talk , listen to it cause I am proud to Admit it that I am a Jesus Freak and i would like to see everybody i know follow the example and STAND UP for Jesus and show this world that as Christians we cant be shoved in a corner and hushed !

Can you guess what these next pictures are of ? It was really cool they told everybody to take there cell phones out and then they turned the lights off and told everybody to turn there phones on ! it was really cool as the boys said it looks like starts all over the room , . I know I've rambled on and I am sorry if it don't make alot of sense but the whole event was awesome we enjoyed it alot and Are even talking about going next yr ! Sweet Skunks Cards

I ordered some stamps from TAC when they had the great sale going on last month and one of the sets that I got was the Sweet Skunks set its on page 49 of the current book .. but n e was i think that this sets adorable and have been wanting to play with it ( I'm still working on cutting and mounting all of the sets that I got , But i colored them in with my stampin up markers and sharpee pens then dug into one of my scrap paper folders and used some scraps ! and made a few cards that i wanted to have on hand ! And here ya go ! I think that turned out pretty cute and its hard to pick which one is my favorite . I look forward to playing again with this set soon tho ! This first card the adore one the flap where adore is at lifts up and it opens up in a letter style , All the rest are just basic fold cards ! I did these Friday and Saturday we went to winter jam -- AWESOME I am working on my post about that whole experience but it may take me a few days So be on the look out Hope you've have a blessed weekend !

I started this blog thing cause of Christina i must admit and even tho I don't always keep up with it I do enjoy doing it , Its a great way for me to share with everybody what is going on in our world my crafting works and even my journey with making a better me with my weight loss , my walk with God and how wonderful FAITH is and the amazing ways that God is blessing our lives !

Everybody likes a little blogger love and the comments always make us feel good ! I am trying to do better about posting comments on everybody pages but when ya stop in and visit leave some love man !~

Even for each other ! With the world in the current state that its in right now I feel its so important for every body to stand up and Tell one another about GOD and just how amazing he is ! If we all stood up and just told one person about our Faith can you imagine just how big of a rush would sweep this world if we all just spoke up !

TAKE A STAND PEOPLE DONT BE ASHAMED TO TELL SOME ONE HOW YOU FEEL ! WE DO STILL HAVE OUR FREEDOM OF SPEACH !

We are taking the kids to Winter Jam tomorrow and its going to be a family event for us cause not only are we all going but my parents will go and also family friends are going with us with there sons I am hoping to take alot of pictures if we are able too but we are soo excited I cant wait to be there and just feel Gods presence in a building with so many others there to do the same and worship and praise God There are some amazing artist going to be there this yr ! Scripture Page -- Beauty and a card share

This weeks word is BEAUTY---- And when I think of Beauty from Gods creations its not a fashion choice or by the choice of what society says should be Beautiful ! To me Gods Beauty is all around us , Its in a the Birds flying around and singing in the yard , or a Hawk or Eagle soaring high above on a sunny day , Flowers blooming in the spring time when all the outside is blooming with new life , A Beautiful waterfall flowing out of a moutian side .. Or even something as simple as my dogs laying out in the yard basking in the warm rays of the sun shine stretched out with out a care in the world ,

scripture challange ~~kindness

Well it is time to post our second weeks word the word we did this week was KINDNESS and the first thing that popped into my head with was something that as kids and even adults we have been taught to learn and to remember and that brings me to the first scripture that i wanted to say something about

THE GOLDEN RULE ~~ Matthew 7-12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do unto you Do Ye even so unto them ( in common words do unto others as you would have them do unto you ) I think that this is so important and that we all need to remember to try and be kind to every one and everything , even tho we may not always agree with what others do or say , try and live ones life as a example to others in the name of Christ and to be kind always

The second verse I have that I want to point out is John 13-34 A new commandment I give unto you that ye love one another as I have loved you
This is another one that to me falls along with Matthew about showing love and kindness , God commands for us to love each other with a love that he has shown us with to love each other in spite of everything Because like his love it is one that comes and goes away , So no matter what even if you don't believe in what a loved one friend or family is doing {and this is a hard one for me sometimes} Show them the kindness to love them regardless !

And my 3rd verse that is written out on my page is Romans 12-10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another; not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer…. These are the 3 that i used and wrote out on my page and I think that this one soo well ties in the other 2 with one another ,
